Woop... thanks its 5pts and yest it would be nice if you guys did use them. But also if you don't then that also says something about the item as well. So if you guys are choosing not to use an item, then it may need to go down in price or be totally replaced with another, as they is not point having an item in the list no one is going to use.

the reason people don't use them all is beacuse they get used to using specific ones such as the jesters mace for malf wits or book of supreme knoledge for generals

I agree, the key to good Army List writing is to try different things out 'some of the time', otherwise you become prodictable and that my friend is a weakness I often exploint when wargaming myself ;)

But halfwits are very adaptable and can be hidden...ANYWHERE.

Really I was on about the conbinations of magic items used. Like the Eye of the Beholder or the The Book of Supreme Knowledge.

yh thats was one of the other things i was on about but i was on about halfwits and magic items becasue some people such as tristan like using them while others might take them every now and again or like me they will take the severed eye of the beholder quite often.
wargaming is probably largely about second guessing an opponent ;)

A lot of gamers tend just to just field the same old armies all the time, playing the same units, magic items, etc. but you guys tend to be quite good at mixing things up quite a bit =O)
